XX, W, and I hit the Accident trail network on Sunday. Girls rode this trail
system in the morning and we hit it in the afternoon. Fun stuff. A
little tough on single speeds but no complaints. Soccer shin guards
would have been nice as some overgrowth is jaggering up your legs.
Had a map and GPS and that helped keep us on course while we searched
hard to keep white blazes in sight. Lots of roots, rocks, and log
crossings. Terrain varied between loamy decidious forest and pine needle strewn evergreeness;-)
Ran into a dude from DC and shared Dale's Ales together
afterward.
