Horizontal dropouts on frame so a great project frame for fixie conversion.
We sold these when they were new in the mid 1970s. Came in Red or Blue. Basic 10 speed bike with Simplex plastic ders & levers. As lbs drudges we didn't think much of them as we all rode full campy race bikes.
